Mint & Ginger Sparking soda

Here is a recipe for those Hot summer days, The flavours in a my Fresh Mint and ginger soda are wonderful and Refreshing with a Little heat from the ginger, just perfect!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of mint leaves chopped

1/2 tblsp sugar

1/2 peace of ginger, grated

1 bottle soda water

1 1/2 tblsp lemon juice

salt per taste

method:

crush mint leaves, sugar and grate ginger together.

add the paste in the glass now add lemon juice and salt per taste.

add soda water or sparkling water in the glass.Serve it with the Fresh Mint and lemon  wedges.
